Vinyasa Flow

 

A dynamic yoga class with all the trimmings.
Sun salutations, standing and balance sequences, floor series and a generous savasana for a class designed to leave you feeling empowered and totally refreshed. Eliza teaches vinyasa flow at slower pace than 'power' yoga, allowing for longer breaths and more time in each pose. Expect to feel strong and empowered -  she sneaks in the hard. 


Yang to Yin

This 75 minute yoga class begins with a warming and heart-opening yang practice allowing prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. The second half of the class will focus on yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body. You will be sure to leave feeling calm, peaceful and balanced after this healing practice. 


Pilates

 

A combination of precise movements and breath awareness to tone, strengthen and lengthen your 'whole body' musculature. All levels are catered for and the core powerhouse is guaranteed to engage and activate.


Anatomy

Yoga

 

A flowing yoga class with a focus on anatomical and physiology references; giving students an opportunity to learn about their body in a whole new light.  An ideal class for yoga and Pilates teachers to expand and apply their anatomy understanding. 


Yin 

 

Asanas are held for extended periods of time, typically three to five minutes per pose. Yin yoga applies moderate stress to the connective tissues, the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility. 


Slow Flow

 

Slow flow offers students an opportunity to explore a slow paced, meditative flow, where the emphasis is on experiencing rather than accomplishing. Smooth transitions and longer holds honour individual needs and a heartfelt connection to the breath.
