Eliza is the founder and principle yoga teacher at Namaste Ninjas Yoga School in Nozawa Onsen. The schedule includes invigorating mornings sessions based on a vinyasa flow style of yoga and evening classes with a focus on recovery and blissful hatha yoga. For 2018 - 2019 Eliza will be teaching a very limited season during January 26 - Feb 8th advanced private bookings are highly recommended.
A heated room, soft lighting and small class sizes make for an intimate yoga experience with lots of 1:1 attention that is sure to be a highlight of your time in Nozawa Onsen. Private 1:1 and duet yoga and Pilates sessions are also available in the comfort of your own hotel.
